COVID-19 Update

We’re please to announce that we will be opening our doors on Saturday 4th July. Our team have been working hard these last few months getting things ready for you

Here are our salon guidelines.

– Help us make everyone look and feel beautiful in a very safe and comfortable way.
– We would like all of our guests to wear a face covering throughout their visit please.
– Our team will all be wearing visors.
– We have a screen around our reception desk.
– Please try and arrive as near to your appointment time as possible and unaccompanied as we understandably have a very limited waiting area.

When you arrive for your appointment the door may be wide open to help with air flow through the salon. We would ask you you to stop and wait at the sanitizing station just within the front door, sanitize your hands and one of our team will greet you and take you to your sanitized styling section.

For the moment we will not be serving refreshments but clients are welcome to bring a drink with them. Magazines have also been removed.

The team have all completed and passed a sanitization course before returning.

Your stylist will be working with their own trolly containing new brushes and tools, hairdryer and sanitizing products. Scissors and combs will be sanitized before and after every client and kept in a sanitized tray at your styling station ready for you.

Each client will have a clean laundered new gown and disposal towel worn and a clean laundered towel applied at the backwash for extra comfort.

We will be taking a clients bill at the end of your service at your styling section using a wireless card machine and rebooking you next appointment using Ipad at your section to avoid using reception area and creating minimal movement throughout the salon.

We have styling sections on the first floor which has created extra space and safety
We have clear notices throughout the salon as reminders to keep us all safe.

Will have a Covid 19 risk assessment in the place, the team all have copies, and there is a copy for all within salon.

So looking forward to looking getting back to what the team do best.. Let’s create fabulous hair and a new but amazing experience.
